Job Title: Site Materials Testing Technician - Heathrow
We are seeking an experienced Site Materials Testing Technician to carry out on-site testing of asphalt, concrete and soil across projects at Heathrow Airport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site-based materials testing to ensure compliance with relevant standards and specifications.
- Carry out asphalt testing, including coring, temperature checks and compaction testing.
- Perform concrete testing, including slump tests, cube sampling and air content checks.
- Undertake soil testing, including in-situ density, compaction and CBR testing.
- Complete accurate test reports and maintain quality and health and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction materials testing, particularly asphalt, concrete and soil.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work on-site and maintain accurate testing records.
Salary: £17-£20 per hour, depending on experience.
