We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing construction business. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing client accounts. You will play a key role in driving company growth by developing new sales pipelines while maintaining and expanding relationships with our current customer base. Working closely with operational and project teams, you will ensure clients receive exceptional service from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within the CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client communication.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales, business development, or account management role.
  • Experience within the construction, building services, or related industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and target-driven approach.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Full UK driving licence preferred.
