About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing construction business. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing existing client accounts.
You will play a key role in driving company growth by developing new sales pipelines while maintaining and expanding relationships with our current customer base. Working closely with operational and project teams, you will ensure clients receive exceptional service from initial enquiry through to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
* Develop and manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company services.
* Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and tenders.
