We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work on an agency basis across a range of care homes in Ipswich and Norwich. This role is ideal for nurses who value flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a variety of care home settings while delivering outstanding resident care.
The Role
- Providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents
- Administering medication and overseeing clinical care plans
- Managing and supporting care staff during shifts
- Conducting assessments and responding to changes in residents’ conditions
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with CQC and NMC standards
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration (RGN)
- Previous experience working in UK care homes (6 months minimum)
- Strong clinical skills, including medication management
- A caring, professional, and reliable approach
- Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
- Right to work in the UK
