We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work on an agency basis across a range of care homes in Ipswich and Norwich. This role is ideal for nurses who value flexibility, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work in a variety of care home settings while delivering outstanding resident care.

As an Agency RGN within care homes, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality nursing care to elderly residents
  • Administering medication and overseeing clinical care plans
  • Managing and supporting care staff during shifts
  • Conducting assessments and responding to changes in residents' conditions
  • Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with CQC and NMC standards
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration (RGN)
  • Previous experience working in UK care homes (6 months minimum)
  • Strong clinical skills, including medication management
  • A caring, professional, and reliable approach
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to new environments
  • Right to work in the UK
