We are currently recruiting for experienced Sub Agents and Site Agents to join major infrastructure and substation projects across Scotland. These roles will involve managing sections of works, overseeing engineering teams, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Successful candidates will play a key role in programme delivery, planning, commercial management, quality, and health & safety on site.
Requirements:
- Strong civils or infrastructure background
- Experience managing major construction projects
- Leadership and programme delivery experience
- Commercial awareness and subcontractor management skills
- Substation, utilities, or heavy civils experience preferred
What’s on Offer:
- Sub Agent Salary: circa £60,000
- Site Agent Salary: £60,000 – £70,000
- £13,000 tax-free subsistence
