We are seeking an experienced SI Operations Manager to lead and oversee our Site Investigations & Monitoring division. This is an excellent opportunity for an operationally focused leader with experience in site investigations, geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, or a related technical field.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operational performance, project delivery, health & safety compliance, team leadership, and client relationships across a range of site investigation and monitoring projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site investigation and monitoring operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage operational teams, resources, subcontractors, and equipment.
- Drive health & safety standards and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor project performance, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Support business growth and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Senior Manager, or similar leadership role.
- Background in Site Investigations, Ground Investigations, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related sector.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and project performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of health & safety legislation and operational compliance.
