Focused Recruitment are currently seeking a number of Production Operators / Machine Operators to join our clients manufacturing site in Tredegar. These positions are starting immediately for the right candidate.
Hours of work: These roles are working Monday-Friday (no weekends) on a rotational three shift pattern. 40 hours per week.
- Day shift - 06:00am - 14:00pm
- Afternoon shift - 14:00pm - 22:00pm
- Night shift - 22:00pm - 06:00am
Duties include:
- Operating a range of production machinery and equipment.
- Manually unloading raw material into production machinery.
- Setting machinery for each production run.
- Visual inspection of product working to an array of quality systems and standards.
- Completing production/quality related paperwork ensuring full audit trail is followed.
- Loading and unloading of material to and from machinery.
- Working to production targets and KPIs within a timely manner.
The desired candidates will have:
- Able to work to targets/production KPIs & production schedules.
- Good level of written / verbal English & be able to complete quality related paperwork.
