At Focus Birmingham, our volunteers play a vital role in supporting people with visual impairments and complex needs to live independently and confidently. Telephone Befriender
- What you’ll do: Make weekly phone calls to offer companionship, conversation and support to someone who may feel isolated.
- Time needed: Around 1–2 hours per week (flexible to suit you).
