Reports to: Marketing and Commercial Director

Location: Plymouth/Hybrid, with regional travel to Cornwall, Exeter and Bristol

Sector Focus: Business, Healthcare and Education

Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 + Company Car + Annual incentive scheme

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm

Our new Employer Training Consultant role is a high‑impact, growth‑focused role designed to bridge the gap between regional business challenges and our exceptional apprenticeship and training solutions. You will identify, engage, and consult with employers to diagnose skills gaps and design bespoke training packages. Whether it’s a single apprenticeship placement, or a multi‑layered corporate training programme, you will ensure that Focus is the training partner of choice to support employers across the South West region.
