As the business enters its next phase of growth, they are looking for an exceptional Managing Director to lead the firm's operational, strategic and M&A agenda.
The RoleYou will take responsibility for: Leading the firm's growth and M&A strategy, from due diligence through to integration.
Driving operational excellence, scalable processes and FCA compliance.
Maximising the use of the firm's WealthTech and AI infrastructure.
Leading, mentoring and developing a high-performing advisory and support team.
Maintaining the firm's strong culture as the business scales.
About YouWe are looking for someone with: Strong IFA / Wealth Management experience and credibility with advisers.
Proven operational and compliance leadership experience. A demonstrable M&A track record within Wealth Management. A strong understanding of modern WealthTech, AI and digitally enabled advice. A commercial, strategic mindset with genuine humility, empathy and low ego.
This is a key leadership appointment for a business with significant growth ambitions. The successful individual will have the opportunity to play a major role in shaping the firm's next phase, with potential equity/LTIP participation.
