To support this mission, their Rutland location seeks a Reporting Assistance & Shared Services Accountant, as part of the Corporate Reporting team. This team also supports a wider Shared Services accounting team across several entities. French, Dutch or Spanish language skills would be an advantage.

What you'll be doing:
- Ensure accurate and timely month end reporting across the shared service companies, including:
- Day-to-day Standardised Transactions: AP, AR, GL, Bank rec
- VAT calculation, reconciliation, submission
- Month end journals, Fixed assets, depreciation, prepayments, accruals, FX Revaluations
- Monthly reporting
- Work with commercial managers to prepare annual budget
- Respond to entities annual audit with the support from Regional accounting manager
- Prepare reporting and financial analysis
- Review GL account reconciliation
Qualities you possess:
- A shared passion for working together
- Experience in agriculture or food preferred
- Being bilingual or multilingual would be an advantage
- Highly competent in the fundamentals of accounting
- Meticulous and strong attention to detail
- Part qualified or newly qualified ACCA or CIMA
- Deadline oriented, good time management and organisational skills
- Proficient in Excel and the MS office applications suite
- IT intelligent, knowledge of AX Dynamics or D365 preferred
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to properly prioritise projects and simultaneous deadlines
- A team-focused attitude with an ability to build consensus and alignment
- The ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
