Overview
We are partnering with a well-established and respected IFA firm looking to appoint an experienced Paraplanner. This fully remote role will see you supporting Financial Planners by producing high-quality research and suitability reports, helping deliver compliant and tailored advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft clear, compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Conduct research and product comparisons to support advice recommendations
  • Analyse client information and assist in formulating financial planning strategies
  • Ensure all work meets FCA and internal compliance standards
  • Liaise with advisers, administrators, and providers throughout the advice process
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements

  • Experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA or wealth management firm
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions and investment products
  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or working towards)
  • Strong report writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness

Desirable

  • Experience with systems such as Intelligent Office, Voyant, or FE Analytics
