My client, a highly successful and well-known bridging lender, is looking to expand its team with an Internal Business Development Manager based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business with a strong industry reputation.
The Role:
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and intermediaries.
- Proactively cold-call brokerages and development businesses to generate new opportunities.
- Identify new business prospects and drive lending activity.
- Work closely with the sales and underwriting teams to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Deliver excellent service and support to clients and partners.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years’ experience in bridging finance or commercial property lending.
- Experience in cold calling brokerages and property development businesses to drive new business.
- Proven track record in business development or relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, driven, and commercially minded approach.
