Are you an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and client-focused organisation, providing expert advice on Group Risk products (including group life, group income protection, and group critical illness) as well as Private Medical Insurance and similar schemes.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide advisory services to new and existing corporate clients on Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance, including renewals, rebrokes, and technical queries (with full administrative support).
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high service levels and ongoing advice.
- Develop new business opportunities by identifying and contacting potential corporate clients.
- Conduct thorough research to make informed recommendations in line with compliance requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with product providers and professional connections.
- Have the opportunity to get involved in Group Personal Pension plans if desired.
