Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for enhancing customer experiences? My client is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of customer relationship management campaigns that drive engagement and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to improve customer lifecycle performance, engagement, and loyalty.
- Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalisation, and A/B testing.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring targeted and impactful communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a CRM or email marketing role, ideally within a B2C or financial services environment.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools and platforms.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
