Corporate Benefits Associate

My client, a growing and forward-thinking financial services firm, is looking to appoint a Corporate Benefits Associate to join their team in Newcastle. This junior-level role is geared towards individuals with a strong interest in employee benefits and a clear aptitude for business development.

The successful candidate will support the wider corporate benefits team, helping to generate new business opportunities while contributing to the delivery of tailored solutions across group pensions, risk, and healthcare benefits.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the corporate space
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Support with the preparation of client presentations and benefit reviews
  • Assist in the development of proposals for group schemes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards

What We're looking For:

  • Some knowledge or exposure to employee benefits, pensions, or financial services
  • Previous sales or business development experience, ideally B2B
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated, commercially aware, and eager to learn
  • Ambition to develop a career in corporate benefits consulting
