A boutique Wealth Management firm based in Derby is seeking a professional and highly organised Client Services Associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator with a background in Financial Planning or Wealth Management who enjoys delivering exceptional client support in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The Role

  • Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and the wider team
  • Managing client communications by phone, email, and post
  • Preparing documentation for client meetings and reviews
  • Processing new business applications and monitoring progress through to completion
  • Liaising with providers, platforms, and third parties
  • Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance standards are met
  • Assisting with valuations, reports, and general client servicing activities
  • Supporting the delivery of an outstanding client experience at all times

About You

  • Previous administration experience within a Financial Planning, Wealth Management, or IFA environment
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • A proactive and team-oriented approach
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and back-office systems
