What Were Looking For Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA)
Strong knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
Diploma Level 4 (minimum) in Financial Advice (or equivalent)
CAS status (or working towards it)
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
A client-first approach with a focus on delivering high-quality advice
