Providing reception and new enquiry support within a busy legal environment, this position is paying a salary of £24,800 - £25,000 per annum. Duties: Meet and greet visitors and provide a professional front of house service Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, taking and passing on messages Handle new client enquiries, gathering information and identifying the service required Complete new enquiry forms, conflict checks and follow up enquiries Liaise with Solicitors to obtain further information where required Arrange client appointments with the appropriate department Collect relevant client ID and maintain accurate records Promote the firm's services and available appointments to potential clients Assist with incoming/outgoing post and general reception administrationExperience required: Previous customer service experience Confident and professional telephone manner Excellent communication and active listening skills Empathetic and reassuring approach, with the ability to deal calmly with sensitive or challenging enquiries Friendly, outgoing and confident personality Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion Good administration and organisational skillsPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
