About the Role
Are you an organised administrator looking to start a career in HR? We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Trainee HR Administrator to join a busy HR team based in Ascot on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is keen to develop a long-term career within Human Resources. You will join the team over the summer on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a few months. Upon successfully moving into the permanent role, you will also have the opportunity to study towards a CIPD qualification, providing an excellent foundation for a career in HR. No two days will be the same, and you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the HR function while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
