We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Site Operative / Maintenance Assistant to join a busy estates team, playing a key role in keeping the site safe, secure and running smoothly day-to-day. This is a varied, practical role with real responsibility and no two days the same.

Hours:
- Option 1: 1:30pm - 9:00pm
- Option 2 (rota): Week 1: 1:30pm - 9:00pm | Week 2: 10:30am - 6:00pm
Responsibilities:
- General maintenance and minor repairs
- Opening/closing the site
- Daily pool testing
- Site security checks + CCTV monitoring
- Acting as Fire Officer
- Supporting events, set-ups and site logistics
- Responding to out-of-hours/emergency issues
Skills / Experience:
- Caretaker/maintenance experience
- Full UK driving licence
- Practical, proactive and able to work independently
- Strong awareness of health & safety
- Flexible with hours (including on-call when needed)
