Legionella Services Manager

Legionella Services Manager to join reputable company based in Southend-on-Sea.

This position is paying an annual salary of £34,000 to £36,000. 37.5 hour working week Monday - Friday.

Duties

  • Management of Legionella planning, ensuring all orders (including PPM) are converted and planned within agreed KPI's
  • Management of Legionella admin teams who are responsible for the coordination of delivery
  • Overall management of key Legionella contracted accounts (supported by admin team) - ensuring these are onboarded and delivered to the agreed scope of works, improving customer relations, and supporting the growth of accounts
  • Providing the team with technical guidance in line with L8 compliance requirements
  • Keep Sales Account Manager up to date with any issues which may affect customer relationship

Experience required

  • Technical understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG274
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Operational & Personnel Management
  • City & Guilds Legionella Risk Assessment for Legionella and Water Hygiene
  • Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
  • PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
