Accounts Senior, Accounts Manager, or Assistant Client Manager looking to develop to Client Manager in the future, required for an established and client-focused accounting practice. £35,000 - £55,000 completely depending on level of experience. Working within an established, ambitious and growing organisation, the role requires a natural team player, with good all-round knowledge and experience in General Practice. Please note, this an onsite role, there is no hybrid working. Duties: Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, tax returns, and management accounts Look beyond the numbers to identify legal ways to increase profit for clients while remaining strictly compliant Act with a strong ethical compass, able to identify what is right and wrong, and acting accordingly Work closely with a supportive team, closely supporting two Client ManagersBenefits: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum Quarterly bonus based on team and individual performance 23 days holiday (3 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown) plus 8 days bank holiday Pension Clear, structured progression from Accounts Manager to Client ManagerExperience required: You must have solid Practice experience working within a UK accounting practice IRIS experience is highly desirable Accounts Senior, Accounts Manager, or Assistant Client Manager experience Xero, Sage, and KashFlow experience in addition would be helpful A natural team player who values open communication, accurate work, and proactive commercial thinkingPlease bear in mind that you may not hear from us straight away.
