Our established client is looking for a part-time Customer Service / Sales Research Executive for an initial period of up to 3 months based within a busy customer services department. This role is part-time around 21 hours per week and the client will be flexible.
Key Duties:
- Researching new business leads
- Provide exceptional customer service in dealing with customer queries
- Ability to promote special offers, up-sell and cross sell
- To advise customers on services and products
- To update and amend company records in a timely manner
Person Specification:
- Experience of working in a contact centre or retail environment for a professional organisation.
- Computer literate ability to contact customers via the phone re marketing mailers.
- Offer a friendly and calm approach, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
