We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established professional services firm for a Part-Time Receptionist to join their Facilities team.
This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, helping to deliver a professional and welcoming experience.
The role:
- Managing reception and welcoming clients and visitors
- Preparing meeting rooms and maintaining front-of-house areas
- Handling post, documents and general administration
- Supporting reception and facilities services as needed
The person:
- Previous reception experience is essential
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Flexible and able to travel to Henley and Wokingham when required
