We're recruiting a Marketing & Events Officer to join a well-established independent school in Reading.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in promoting the school, strengthening relationships with its community and delivering a range of engaging events throughout the year.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll support marketing and communications activities, organise events, manage social media channels, create engaging content and help build lasting relationships with students, alumni and the wider school community.

Officer
Plan, coordinate and deliver a variety of school, networking and community events.
Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, websites and marketing campaigns.
Manage and grow online communities, ensuring content remains fresh and engaging.
Build and maintain relationships with alumni, students and other key stakeholders.
Support fundraising initiatives and community engagement activities.
Maintain CRM records and produce reports where required.
Work closely with colleagues across the school to deliver successful events and communications.
The successful Marketing & Events Officer will have the following related skills / experience:
Previous experience in marketing, events, communications or community engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Confidence building relationships with a wide range of people.
Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems would be advantageous.
