Our prestigious client is seeking a driven and motivated Internal Sales / Business Development Executive to join their expanding team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm
Location: Reading, office based
Salary: £30k - £35k (DOE) commission
You will play a key role in generating new business and developing existing accounts. You will be responsible for contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email to promote the company's equipment and services.
As the Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Proactively contacting prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
- Following up on incoming leads and enquiries
- Promoting product benefits and special offers
- Persuading customers to arrange demonstrations, trials, or meetings with Account Managers
- Conducting market research on competitors, suppliers, and manufacturers
- Preparing and sending personalised quotes and marketing materials
- Gathering and documenting customer information accurately
- Updating and maintaining records within Salesforce CRM
- Taking orders and coordinating delivery and invoicing
- Producing regular reports on sales activity and performance
