As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of registration for multiple events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Oversee pre-event planning.
- Travel to events as required to oversee onsite registration and to develop strong relationships with organisers.
- Gather client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
The successful Project Manager will have the following related skills / experience:
- Previous experience in events or project management.
- Experience in registration services or technology would be beneficial but not essential.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
- Flexibility with occasional travel.
