Our prestigious client based in Reading is currently recruiting for a part time Sales Administrator to join their team. The role is to provide administration support to all areas of the business so a flexible approach to work is essential.
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 25 hours per week
Location: Reading, office based
Salary: £18k - £18,850 per annum (depending on experience)
As the part time Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Support and assist the sales and marketing teams in all aspects of their roles
- Log and distribute all incoming sales enquiries on Salesforce
- Collate sales documentation including: Sales/Maintenance/Lease agreements, Purchase Orders, etc using SharePoint.
- Communicate orders to the business daily
- Generate weekly sales results
- General Sales database administration, including updating customer address, contact and phone number details
- Daily order processing, raising PO's and invoices to suppliers and customers
- Answer telephones promptly
- Opening, processing, and distributing post
- Daily scanning and data input processing
- General Administration duties as and when required
The successful part time Sales Administrator will have the following related skills / experience:
- Effective communication both oral and written
- Professional, hardworking, and reliable
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of sales processes
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Methodical, thorough and positive approach to work
- Good at multitasking and prioritising where required
- Full PC literacy on Microsoft software packages
- CRM Experience, preferably Salesforce
