An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for our established client in High Wycombe as a Receptionist on a temporary basis starting in immediately. The successful candidate will have a flexible attitude to working additional hours to support a fully functional reception area. Location: High Wycombe Duration: 2 months Working Hours: 9am – 5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Salary: £14 per hour. 1 hour unpaid lunch breakAs the Receptionist, you will be responsible for: Call handling: ensuring all incoming calls are handled efficiently and professionally Reception: Preparing meeting rooms, creating a welcoming atmosphere, booking meeting rooms, meeting room diary management Administration: Manage post, bank run, dealing with maintenance queries Techincal support: trouble shooting photocopiers, electronic ID checks Office Management: Keeping kitchen area tidy, arranging routine office lunchesThe successful Receptionist will have the following related skills / experience: IT literate Professional, friendly character Previous experience of managing a reception area Problem solver, with a proactive personalityFor more information, please contact Julie Harding on (phone number removed)
