We are recruiting for an experienced Personal Assistant to join a well-established and professional organisation in the outskirts of Oxford. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised PA to provide support to senior Partners and Directors within a friendly and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing busy diaries and organising meetings
- Managing emails on behalf of Partners/Directors when required
- Producing reports, correspondence and documents to a high standard
- Preparing presentations
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Liaising with internal departments and external contacts
- Providing general PA and administrative support
About You
- Previous PA experience, ideally supporting Director or Partner level
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
- Confident prioritising a busy workload
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to use your own initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and a discreet, professional approach
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
