We have an exciting opportunity for a highly capable and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join our well-established and friendly team in Reading. This is a pivotal role supporting two to three Partners/Directors, ideal for an experienced EA/PA who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional support.
If you are proactive, organised, and known for your positive "can-do" attitude, we would love to hear from you. As a key member of the administrative team, you will provide high-level, confidential support and play an important part in the smooth running of the business.
You will be an experienced EA/PA who has previously worked in a professional services environment, and you will need to be confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player. Previous experience of supporting senior management remotely is also required.
Your role:
- Managing complex diaries and coordinating schedules
- Organising and supporting meetings, including minute-taking
- Managing emails in the absence of Partners/Directors
- Producing reports, correspondence, and documents to a consistently high standard
- Preparing professional presentations
- Organising travel and related arrangements
- Liaising with internal departments and key stakeholders
- Providing visitor hospitality and organising refreshments
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Supporting the wider administrative team with ad-hoc PA and office duties
The Person:
- 5+ years proven PA experience, ideally supporting at Director or Partner level
- Experience working with remote or hybrid teams
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to use initiative
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- A professional, discreet, and detail-focused mindset
- A strong customer-service ethos, both internally and externally
