We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Operational Account Manager to be responsible for the technical and operational management of medical equipment, customer relationships, contract retention, and growth.
Please note that this is a field based nationwide role, and medical devices experience is essential.

As the Operational Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Customer relationship management and retention of existing customer contracts.
- Acting as a critical link between different commercial departments and the customer.
- Reviewing and updating existing procedures.
- Responsible for investigation of incidents involving medical devices.
- Working closely with customer experience managers to monitor customer satisfaction and manage improvement initiatives.

The successful Operational Account Manager will have the following related skills / experience:
- Extensive technical knowledge of medical devices.
- Recognised professional qualification in engineering or clinical services.
- Familiarity with appropriate national and local regulatory standards.
- Extensive knowledge of MHRA Managing Medical Devices and associated legislation/regulations.
- At least 6 years working with/for healthcare providers/suppliers.
