Hours: 9-5.30pm Monday to Friday, all office based
Contract: Temp role for 1 month, could be longer
Working for this large, well established company you will provide administrative support to the office working under the direction of the Senior Administrator. The support provided includes undertaking office specific activities and supporting project teams. You will provide general admin support to the office. Daily responsibilities will include a variety of tasks.
Your role:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Formatting of reports, letters and fee proposals
- Using Microsoft Outlook to arrange meetings and book meeting rooms
- Arrange travel, accommodation and car hire for colleagues at all levels
- Assist with the organisation of external events
- Assist the Senior Administrator in the office running/facilities management tasks
- Deal with deliveries and arrange couriers
- Place orders for office supplies, stationery, PPE
- Assist with room set up/set down for meetings
- Ordering catering
- Raise purchase orders, process expense claims, complete timecards and arrange meetings/communicate with colleagues using Microsoft Teams
- Produce PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets, report formatting and production
- Print, scan, copy documents
The person:
- Ideally you will have previous experience in a professional services environment, but strong graduates with good admin/MS office skills will be considered
- You will need to have a friendly, open approach to how you work, while being able to actively work with the technical teams and support many of the administrative activities
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment undertaking reception and office administration duties and have strong computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
- You will have a high degree of self-management, initiative, reliability and flexibility to ensure that the best possible service is given to internal and external clients
- You will have the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail
