We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Caretaker / Maintenance Assistant to join a busy estates team, playing a key role in keeping the site safe, secure and running smoothly day-to-day. This is a varied, practical role with real responsibility and no two days the same.

Hours

  • Option 1: 1:30 pm – 9:00 pm
  • Option 2 (rota): Week 1: 1:30 pm – 9:00 pm | Week 2: 10:30 am – 6:00 pm

Responsibilities

  • General maintenance and minor repairs
  • Opening/closing the site
  • Daily pool testing
  • Site security checks + CCTV monitoring
  • Acting as Fire Officer
  • Supporting events, set-ups and site logistics
  • Responding to out-of-hours/emergency issues
