Fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate and eager to develop a career in Learning and Development. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility, working Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, with an annual salary of £30,000. Potential for negotiation on the salary depending on experience. The opportunity will allow this individual for self-development, and the opportunity to study towards their CIPD Level 3 in Learning and Development.
Duties:
- Maintain LMS (learning management system)
- Development and administration of learning systems
- Update and maintain accurate training records
- Conduct regular audits of learning systems
- Provide administrative support on a variety of C&D activities ensuring successful delivery of training, workshops, team events and projects
- Provide reports and data to key stakeholders as required
- Assign training to new starters, making any necessary changes following reviews to role-based competence matrix

Experience:
