Recruitment Consultant to a small, busy, and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £30,000 - £32,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm.
Duties:
- Telephone canvassing new clients in selected markets, in order to generate new leads
- Working for a local recruiter, sourcing candidates for high profile vacancies
- Keeping accurate records of all actions and keeping the client and database up to date
- Achieving all sales targets set by your designated manager
- Maintaining good rapport with new and existing clients

Experience required:
- Extensive training will be provided and an individual career strategy will be outlined and modified constantly for you to achieve your set goals
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or logistics
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
