The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

We are looking for a Recruitment / Resourcing Business Partner to assist with day-to-day recruitment activities for an initial contract of 12 months.

Duties:

  • Advertise vacancies and manage job postings and closing dates.
  • Review applications, carry out shortlisting, and keep recruitment systems up to date.
  • Schedule interviews and provide feedback to candidates.
  • Build relationships with internal teams and external contacts.
  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and record job briefings.
  • Attend job fairs to promote the employer brand and attract candidates.
  • Serve as a key contact for candidates throughout the process.
  • Guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Complete admin tasks in the applicant tracking system.
  • Manage onboarding to ensure all steps are completed before new recruits start.
  • Assist the wider HR team with general admin support.

Skills:

  • Experience in recruitment role (agency or internal).
  • Confident using Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
  • Clear communicator with strong customer service skills.
  • Open to learning and taking on new tasks.
  • Comfortable handling admin tasks and working under pressure.

  • Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Working Style: Hybrid - 4 days in office, 1 day from home.
