Our fantastic Training Provider client is looking to recruit for a Health & Social Care Assessor to join them on a permanent basis to support the delivery of successful training to learners within the H&SC sector throughout South Wales. They are ideally lookingfor a WELSH Speaker This company is superb, and as well as being employee-owned, meaning you have a direct stake in the company's success; they also offer an incredible benefits package which includes 30 days holidays per year plus bank. Candidates must have a full, clean driving license and access to their own vehicle. This role will be a hybrid role, with a mixture of home, office, and customer site work. What you'll be doing: Delivery of training programmes to assigned learners ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved Covering a regional area, travelling to visit learners in the workplace to undertake assessments Complete ILP's and map out learning routes for individuals Reference and mark evidence collated in the workplace for NVQ requirements Completion of learner attendance records and learners guided contact hours Give additional support to trainees when required Providing a quality learning experience and journeyKey Skills & Experience: Occupational competencies and experience of delivery in Health & Social Care Experience of Work Based Learning and Award Body practices CAVA qualifications or equivalent ESW Communication Level 2 ESW Application of Number Level 2 Self-motivated & Driven Reliable, Enthusiastic & passionate Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSalary & Benefits: 30 days holiday per year plus bank Company pension Annual bonus scheme Life assurance Health care scheme Employee assistance programme Discounted gym membership Fully paid expenses and mileage Cycle to work scheme.
