In this pivotal role, you'll support the seamless planning and execution of a diverse range of corporate events across the EMEA region, from conferences and exhibitions to tech days and seminars. Job Type: Permanent Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, finish at 4.30pm on Friday Location: Egham, hybrid working, 3 days in office / 2 days from home Salary - £32k - £36k DOE Key responsibilities: Help plan and deliver events across EMEA, including finding venues, organising catering, managing logistics, coordinating attendees and preparing event materials. Keep event plans, timelines, checklists and key deadlines up to date. Work closely with suppliers, venues and other partners to make sure everyone understands what's required, when it's needed and what the budget is. Organise event materials, promotional items and shipments, making sure everything arrives where and when it should. Communicate with attendees before events and make sure they have all the information they need. Be hands-on during events, supporting registration, logistics, technology and the overall experience for guests. Stay calm and think on your feet when something doesn't go according to plan. Work with internal teams to make sure events reflect our brand, messaging and objectives. Help monitor event budgets and supplier costs. After each event, gather feedback and review what worked well, what could be improved and what we can take forward to future events. Required skills for the Event Executive: We're looking for someone who enjoys making things happen and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll ideally have experience coordinating corporate events and be comfortable managing several projects and deadlines at the same time. Highly organised with a good eye for detail. Confident working with suppliers, venues and internal stakeholders. A clear and approachable communicator. Proactive and comfortable taking ownership. Someone who can anticipate problems and find practical solutions quickly. Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player. Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experienced in managing event budgets and supplier relationships. Comfortable coordinating technology and logistics onsite. Familiar with event management tools or software. You'll also need to be happy travelling within Europe up to around four times a year
