Panel Beater to join a small, busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £45,000 - £55,000. Working hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00 & every other Saturday 7am - 12pm.
Duties:
- Inspecting vehicles to determine the extent of damage and formulate a repair plan
- Repairing dents, scratches, and damage to bodywork, or replacing panels that cannot be repaired
- Using jig and alignment tools to straighten chassis and frames
- Performing MIG welding, spot welding, and brazing on structural and cosmetic parts
- Removing and replacing damaged panels, trim, and interior parts
- Create a trust-based relationship between customer and company
Benefits:
- £45,000 - £55,000 per annum DOE
- 28 days holiday inc BH (3-5 days to be held back for Christmas shutdown)

Experience required:
- You must have previous experience working as a Paint Tech within a busy body shop
- You will work to the highest standard and demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle paint/repair techniques
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
