Are you a skilled Electrician looking for a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced professional to support electrical maintenance and compliance across multiple sites, playing a key role in keeping buildings safe, operational and maintained to a high standard.

As the Electrician you will be responsible for:

  • Installation, maintenance, servicing and repair of electrical systems
  • Diagnose faults in electrical appliances
  • Undertake fault finding on circuits
  • All emergency lighting testing and remedial works
  • Plan and complete minor wiring works
  • Complete PAT testing
  • Support with electrical compliance monitoring
  • Maintain certification and asset records

The successful Electrician will have the following related skills / experience:

  • NVQ level 3 in electrical installation (or equivalent)
  • City & Guilds 18th wiring edition
  • City & Guilds 2391-52 inspection and testing
  • ECS gold cards and valid health & safety training
  • Fully conversant with current IET wiring regulations
  • Minimum of 2 years electrical experience in a commercial environment
  • Full driving licence is essential
