Our client is seeking a hands-on Content Migration Specialist to support the migration of resource content from multiple acquired (M&A) websites into their main WordPress site. This is an execution-focused role suited to someone comfortable working in CMS environments and following documented processes. You will work from clear guidance, templates, and documentation, with onboarding and ongoing support provided.

Your role:

  • Migrate resource content (blogs, guides, case studies, PDFs) from legacy M&A sites into our main WordPress CMS
  • Rebuild pages using existing templates and components
  • Ensure content is accurately transferred, formatted correctly, and aligned with site structure
  • Apply basic on-page best practice (headings, internal links, metadata where required)
  • QA migrated content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness

The person:

  • Hands-on experience using WordPress (or similar CMS)
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of content
  • Basic understanding of web content structure (headings, links, images/media)
  • Previous content migration or website project experience
