We are looking for an experienced Consumables Stock Controller to join our client's team at Cumberland Infirmary.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in stock control, warehousing or inventory management who is organised, accurate and enjoys working in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage stock levels, inventory and ordering of consumables.
Receive, check, store and rotate stock.
Carry out regular stock checks and reconciliations.
Manage stock transfers, recalls, expired products and discrepancies.
Liaise with suppliers, procurement and finance teams.
Provide stock support to clinical teams.
Essential
Minimum 3 years' warehousing/inventory management experience.
Strong stock control experience.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Strong communication and administration skills.
Desirable
Previous NHS or healthcare experience.
Warehouse management experience.
Full UK driving licence, as occasional travel may be required.
