We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our superb client for a Compliance Officer to join their growing team in Cardiff on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with processes, governance and compliance. You'll play a key role in helping the business remain compliant, audit-ready and continually improving its systems and documentation.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting GDPR and data governance activities.
  • Maintaining compliance records and documentation.
  • Assisting with ISO and ESG audits and reporting.
  • Managing document control and filing systems.
  • Supporting the review and update of company policies and procedures.
  • Identifying and escalating compliance risks where appropriate.

About you:

  • Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role.
  • A good understanding of GDPR and data protection, with the ability to create and amend policies and procedures.
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • A proactive, professional and collaborative approach.
