Join our successful international client in the next phase of their UK expansion as Technical Support. We are seeking a candidate with solid experience in a commercial environment, with excellent customer service skills and some experience of working within a technical environment such as construction, engineering or manufacturing. As Technical Support, you will own and manage your own quotes, updating records and liaising with internal and external teams ensuring the client's requirements are met. Candidates will need to be within commutable distance to Burton-On-Trent - this role is fully on-site initially.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all key information is obtained in order to offer a suitable solution for the client project.
  • Ensure that the correct pricing standards are adopted for the appropriate client/project.
  • Provide excellent customer service, being helpful, courteous, and professional at all times.
  • Ensure all opportunities for cross-selling are achieved.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of commercial estimating.
  • Experience within a technical sector such as construction, manufacturing or engineering.
  • Numeracy and analytical thinking.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience of CAD.
