Our client is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to assist heavily with the Recruitment & Onboarding processes.
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm Salary £29,000 - £30,000 per annum.
NO HYBRID WORKING.
Duties
Act as the main contact for applicants, providing a professional and positive recruitment Manage full recruitment Supporting hiring managers through the recruitment process.
Arranging interviews, new starter welcome packs, and onboarding.
Organise induction activities and support new employees during their transition.
Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding regulations, employment law and legislation.
Complete pre-employment checks, including Right to Work and visa documentation where required.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure all documentation is completed.
Respond to general HR enquiries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
Assist with wider HR projects and process improvements as required.
Skills
Confidence in using Microsoft Office, HR software, and generally strong PC skills. A REAL team player.
Excellent communication skills, and prioritising abilities. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
