Our client requires a highly capable, autonomous HR Advisor or Senior HR Advisor to join an established team on an immediate temporary basis. Whilst the temporary assignment is to cover a HR Advisor level position, the client is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role designed for a professional who can hit the ground running. This is not an administrative HR position. You will immediately take ownership of casework. Due to the rural office location, having a valid driving license and your own transport is strictly required. This is not a hybrid position and requires an experienced individual who thrives in a hands-on role working on a daily basis with a supportive and productive team. Duties: ER Casework Management: Manage active and sometimes complex Employee Relations (ER) cases from inception to resolution, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance capability Immediate Impact: Step directly into operations to alleviate current casework pressures without requiring extensive training or hand-holding Policy Application: Provide accurate, high-level HR advice to line managers in line with current UK employment law and organisational policyBenefits: £38,000 - £40,000 per annum HR Advisor Up to £49,000 per annum Senior HR Advisor 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidaysExperience required: For Permanent Senior HR Advisor Consideration: CIPD Level 5 required as an absolute minimum Extensive, demonstrable experience leading ER casework independentlyFor Temporary Consideration: Formal qualifications are highly desired, but secondary to proven, heavyweight ER experience and the ability to manage casework immediately Clean Criminal Record: Must have no criminal convictions DBS Check: A clean Enhanced DBS check is required.
