Full Turnkey Smart Metering Supervisor Salary: £250 Day Rate Location: Essex Working Hours: 10 hour per day The Role We are looking for an experienced Full Turnkey Smart Metering Supervisor to oversee the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of smart metering works from planning through to completion. You will be responsible for supervising field teams carrying out excavation, meter installation, backfill and reinstatement, while working closely with Planning, Street works and operational teams to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and right first time. This is a hands-on supervisory role for someone who takes ownership, can manage multiple teams and is confident challenging poor standards when required. Key Responsibilities Supervise field teams completing full turnkey smart metering works. Ensure installations, excavations and reinstatement meet required standards. Carry out regular site visits and provide visible field supervision. Monitor team productivity, quality and performance. Work with Planning to ensure teams have suitable workloads and productive routes. Identify and resolve access, permit, traffic management, materials and resource issues.
